Process
1. Submit Project
After reviewing our design guide, provide us with your preferences for finishes and hardware. If there are any specific elements you’d like included in your design, you can request them in our design order form. If you already have a design completed, we will match that design.
2. Review Design
You can expect to receive a design and quote within 2 business days. Once you’ve received your quote, you can request photorealistic renders of your design and full-size samples. We will then collaborate with you to refine your design through unlimited revisions until it’s perfect.
3. Place Order
Once you’re happy with your design and ready to proceed with your order, we’ll send you an invoice and a payment link. Either you or your clients can then make the payment either through ACH or credit card. Please note that a transaction fee will be applied to credit card payments.
4. Track Delivery
After placing your order, we will provide you with a link that you and your clients can use to track the status of your order from production to delivery. One week prior to delivery, we will reach out and arrange a date and time to receive your order and move it to a suitable dry location on-site.
